Laura A. Noroski teaches Mergers & Acquisitions for USC Gould School of Law’s online programs. Noroski is a partner at Garcia Rainey Blank & Bowerbank, LLP. She represents a wide range of clients in transactional matters, from multi-national corporations to entrepreneurial ventures. Her clients do business primarily in the manufacturing, technology and real estate sectors. In addition to her corporate practice, Noroski has also litigated cases in state and federal courts, including the California Court of Appeal. She was selected to the 2017 and 2018 Southern California Super Lawyers list.

Noroski graduated from UCLA with a BA in Economics, cum laude, having completed the Honors Collegium program. She earned her law degree at USC Gould School of Law, which awarded her an Olin Fellowship. During law school, she externed at the United States Bankruptcy Court and served as an articles editor of the Southern California Law Review, which published her student article analyzing ethical issues involved in multidisciplinary practices. She has previously co-presented an interactive seminar on mediation techniques to doctoral students at Northeastern University.

Noroski enjoys teaching and mentoring law students, and is honored to serve as an instructor at her alma mater, USC Gould School of Law.
