Discrimination and Harassment Prevention and Reporting

Every member of the Gould School of Law community has an important stake in fostering a safe, supportive, and welcoming learning environment where students, faculty, and staff can all thrive. The community does not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, including discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical disability, mental disability, marital status, veteran status, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic.

If you are a faculty member or teaching assistant, you are a "mandatory reporter" and should review the responsibilities discussed on our responsible employees page. If you are not a mandatory reporter and believe you have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment of any kind, we urge you to reach out to one or more of these individuals, who will give you additional information and support:
