LLMC Digital

Internet Explorer is the preferred browser. If you are having any trouble accessing LLMC Digital when using another browser, try to access it using Internet Explorer. LLMC has long been known as the publisher of the largest microform collection of legal and government documents in the United States. With the inception of LLMC Digital, LLMC has started the process of converting its print collection to online. What that means to the user is that instead of using these resources in microform or print, he or she can now have access to the resource in a convenient, searchable online format. While some of these resources may be available on Lexis or Westlaw, many of them are available nowhere else online. The conversion process is new and ongoing. LLMC anticipates it will take several more years to complete. At present, we have available on line the LLMC United States Federal Government collection, which includes documents from the legislative, executive and judicial branches. For example, from the Legislative Branch we have access not only to the United States Statutes at Large but also to The Biographical Directory of the U.S. Congress, 1774-1989, and Women in Congress, 1917-1990. From the Executive Branch, we can now access online not only a range of decisions from various Cabinet Departments, like Agriculture and the Labor Department, but also Inaugural Addresses of the Presidents, 1789-1949. For the Judiciary, LLMC makes available United States Supreme Court opinions, as well as a searchable version of The Manual for Complex Litigation. New titles are converted digitally daily, so visit the website for the most current information.
