Jennifer Pirozzi advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including non-compete, non-solicitation and trade secret matters, breach of contract, wage and hour class actions, and claims for discrimination and retaliation. She represents clients before federal and state courts, and before various administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Pirozzi worked as an associate at a law firm in Minnesota where she represented employers in business and employment-related matters. She was also an officer in the Air Force for several years, where she handled personnel matters and provided human resources support to all Air Force personnel assigned to the Pentagon.

In law school, Pirozzi was a member of the student editorial board for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, where she wrote her case note on the then-recent developments of the Family Medical Leave Act.

She earned a BS degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a JD from George Mason University School of Law.

Re: Nomi Stolzenberg

Nomi Stolzenberg wrote an op-ed arguing that the idea of religious freedom is being used to undermine other rights. Three recent Supreme Court cases in particular have confused the idea of religious liberty and the separation between church and state. "Using the democratic process to resolve moral and policy disagreements is not discrimination, so long as every group gets due consideration," she writes.
