Lori Kozak is a partner with the law firm of Fox Rothschild, LLP in Los Angeles, and has been practicing trademark law for over 20 years. Kozak advises clients regarding trademark clearance searches, filing and prosecution of trademark and copyright applications, maintenance of trademark registrations, and trademark and copyright enforcement matters, including oppositions and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Kozak also assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of trademark and copyright license and co-existence agreements, and handles various domain name and social media disputes. Finally, Kozak has experience in intellectual property due diligence for M&A transactions. Her clients include large multinational corporations, start-up and midsize companies, entrepreneurs, bands, and entertainers.

Kozak also serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Los Angeles, a non-profit organization that mobilizes and trains community volunteers to advocate for children who have been victims of abuse and/or neglect.

Kozak graduated from the George Washington University Law School, and is admitted to practice in California, New York, and New Jersey. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations and U.S. Policy & Politics from Mount Vernon College (now part of the George Washington University).
