Elliott Rozenberg earned a BA of Business Administration from George Washington University, graduating magna cum laude. He then earned a MA of Tourism Administration from George Washington University where he focused on Sports and Event Management. Rozenberg earned his JD degree from USC Gould School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Lavalee Gates Scholarship and served as submissions editor for the USC Review of Law and Social Justice. Rozenberg has published articles in the American Bar Association’s Entertainment and Sports Lawyer and Tulane Law’s The Sports Lawyers Journal.

Re: Orin Kerr

Orin Kerr was cited for his recent editorial on his experience taking the California bar exam much later in life in order to practice law in another state. "It’s not like you can test lawyerly competence among 20 topics any better than with 10 topics," Kerr commented. "It just requires more time memorizing, and it’s not obvious what that has to do with lawyerly ability.”
