Christopher Shoff is a partner at Latham & Watkins where he is a leading advisor to entrepreneurs, companies, venture capital investors, private equity firms and strategic acquirors in a broad range of corporate transactions with a particular emphasis on venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Shoff regularly represent high growth companies throughout their entire lifecycle from startup to exit. His clients are primarily in the technology space as well as other high growth industries, including software, digital media and entertainment, artificial intelligence, virtual reality/augmented reality, mobile, consumer Internet, clean tech, medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare services. Shoff is a valuable asset to their teams providing them with practical business and legal advice as they navigate the challenges that face high-growth businesses.

Shoff graduated summa cum laude in 1999 from Weber State University with a BS in Economics and received his JD in 2002 from Harvard University.
