On-campus Recruitment
USC Gould School of Law

UPDATE (effective Summer: 2021) - Because of COVID-19 all OCI programs will be conducted virtually for the foreseeable future. We are confident that despite this change we will provide the same high-quality interviewing experience for students and employers alike. For information and registration details, please contact Linda Richardson in the Career Services Office at lrichardson@law.usc.edu or 213-740-7397. We look forward to returning to in-person operations as soon as we can safely do so.

The USC Gould Career Services Office offers various recruitment options for employers to hire our JD students.

Each February, July and September, employers conduct on-campus interviews (OCI) with USC Gould JD students for summer and full-time employment. All interviews are held at the USC Hotel, across from the USC University Park Campus.

USC Gould offers a spring on-campus interview option each February providing employers access to first-, second- and third-year students.

The summer/fall on-campus interviews showcase our second- and third-year students and are split into two sessions. The first session is during the summer and held in late July before classes begin. The second session takes place after the fall semester begins in mid-September. We invite you to participate in our summer/fall on-campus interview program. Click here for detailed information and instructions to register on Symplicity.

If you are unable to interview on campus during one of these sessions, we would be happy to schedule an on-campus visit at your convenience. Please contact Linda Richardson in the Career Services Office at lrichardson@law.usc.edu or 213-740-7397.

Résumé Collection Option

If you are unable to interview on campus but would like to consider USC Gould students for summer or full-time employment, you may register for a résumé collection via Symplicity.

Should you have any questions about any of these recruitment options or need further assistance, contact the Career Services Office at careers@law.usc.edu or 213-740-7397.
