Tuition and Fees

Tuition for 2022-23 is $72,798 plus mandatory fees, which are detailed in the Tuition and Fee Schedule.

Our flat-rate tuition covers all mandatory law classes as part of the Two Year Extended LLM curriculum:

  • Academic and Professional Skills for U.S. Law Studies I and II
  • U.S. Common Law Analysis and Skills
  • Presentation Skills for International Lawyers
  • Fundamentals of Legal Writing Skills A and B
  • Introduction to U.S. Legal System
  • Legal Research
  • Persuasive Advocacy

Upon arrival to USC, your English proficiency will be assessed and you will enroll in Academic and Professional Writing or Speaking Skills courses through USC's American Language Institute (ALI). Students who enroll in Academic and Professional Writing or Speaking Skills courses may be required to take up to 4 units at no additional cost.

You should budget an additional $26,780 for living expenses, books and supplies during the nine-month academic year as set forth in the Estimated Cost of Attendance.

Paying for Your Degree

USC's Office of Student Financial Services offers numerous payment options, including an interest-free USC Payment Plan for tuition, fees, university housing, meals and other charges, paid in monthly installments.
