Real Estate Transactions Problems     LAW-604

This course is intended to provide an overview of commercial real estate purchase and sale transactional law. The class will include negotiating, drafting and interpreting commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements. Students will conduct simulated negotiations of a purchase agreement for the acquisition of an office building in a hypothetical transaction. This is a supplemental course that can be taken with Law 605: Real Estate Law and Business I (Transactions).
