Course Description

This is a course about the constitutional law of criminal investigations under the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments. Topics covered include searches and seizures, surveillance, undercover agents, entrapment, the law of interrogations and Miranda rights, and the role of the right to counsel.
