Support PILF

Our History & Commitment

The Public Interest Law Foundation has a proud history as a leading and innovative supporter of public interest work. PILF was one of the first student-run public interest law foundations at a leading national law school. Today, it is an organization that has grown well beyond its founders' original expectations. It is a model of outreach to the surrounding communities and a notable example to the national legal and academic community. PILF has been involved with some of the most prolific and successful public interest organizations in the country, including LAFLA (Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles) and WCLP (Western Center on Law and Poverty).

Our Contribution to Legal Education

The Public Interest Law Foundation continues to establish exemplary clinical programs in conjunction with a wide variety of direct service providers and legal advocacy organizations. The Public Interest Law Foundation offers unmatched opportunities for close student-practitioner collaboration, serves as an example to other top law schools and to the larger academic community, increases USC Law's national prestige and attractiveness to top prospective students, and empowers the surrounding community.

Your support is critical to the continuation of the proud tradition of the Public Interest Law Foundation and a testament to PILF's history. If you'd like to make a donation online, please go here and remember to direct your gift to PILF! Thank you!
