Exhibitor Information

USC Gould School of Law invites you to exhibit at the 37th Annual Trust and Estate Conference, to be held on Friday, November 18, 2011, at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Over 400 attorneys, trust officers, underwriters, and other professionals in the probate, trust and estate planning fields attend this annual program, which provides an excellent opportunity to reach this important community.

Fee and Exhibit Hours

Exhibitor space is limited. We encourage you to reserve your space as soon as possible. The fee for exhibiting is $1,000 per exhibitor. The fee includes a 6-foot draped table, a chair, and one complimentary luncheon ticket. All exhibits must be table-top only.

Exhibit hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Delivery

Exhibit materials should be sent directly to the Wilshire Grand Hotel. Shipments must be pre-paid and shipped to the address below:

It is important to notify the hotel when you send your shipment. Please clearly label all shipments. Contact Margaret Fornesi, mfornesi@wilshiregrand.com, with your shipment information including any tracking numbers and the number of boxes sent (1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.).

Exhibit Set-Up

You will be responsible for setting up your exhibit and may begin doing so at 6:15 a.m. on the morning of the Conference. Please allow ample time to set up your exhibit. Your exhibit must be ready by 7:15 a.m., as we expect our attendees to arrive promptly at 7:30 a.m. when registration opens. There is only one exhibiting organization per table. All exhibits must be tabletop only. No signs and/or banners may be affixed to the walls of the hotel.

Equipment Furnished

We will provide a 6-foot draped rectangular table and one chair for each exhibitor. The tables may not be moved from their assigned locations due to fire regulations.

The hotel can accommodate most requests for special equipment, telephone and electrical requirements. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to pay for these services. However, there is no charge if you require an electrical outlet. We suggest you bring a power strip. Your requests must be made no later than Friday, November 4, 2011.

Exhibit Removal

You will be responsible for breaking down your exhibit. You may break down your exhibit following the afternoon break at 4:00 p.m. Exhibits must be completely removed from the hotel no later than 5:00 p.m.

Hotel Parking and Accommodations

Attendees are encouraged to use the hotel valet, which can be accessed from Francisco Street, near its intersection with Seventh Street. All day valet parking will cost $12 with validation. Validations may be obtained in the Registration area.

Self-parking is available at the 1000 Wilshire Boulevard garage (the Wedbush Building garage). The entrance is located directly across Francisco Street from the hotel valet parking entrance. The cost will be $10 if you arrive by 9:00 a.m. or $15 if you arrive after 9:00 a.m., in both cases with validation. Validation may be obtained in the registration area of the Conference. Self-parking is also available at the Ernst & Young garage, located at the intersection of Francisco Street and Seventh Street for $12 with validation.

If you plan to stay at the Wilshire Grand Hotel, you will need to make your own reservations for sleeping accommodations. The reservations number for the hotel is (213) 688-7777. More information can be found on their website.

Luncheon

One lunch ticket will be provided per exhibitor. Additional luncheon tickets can be purchased for $50 each by completing the Exhibitor Response Form.
