Hotel Reservations

The special Institute rate for sleeping rooms at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel is $159 per night for a standard single/double room and $209 for a club room. You will need to make your own reservations. Reservations can be made by calling (800) 245-8673 and mentioning the USC Gould School of Law Tax Institute. Reservations can also be made online with the code 1201GOULDL. This special rate is valid until January 5, 2012.

Parking

Discounted parking for the Institute is available at the hotel valet at a rate of $22 per day with validation. Standard and overnight valet parking is $40 per day. Self parking is available for $9.35 with validation at Pershing Square, located across the street from the hotel at 530 South Olive Street.

  • What do I get with my registration?

    Ticket holders gain admittance to the Institute, including the continental breakfast, keynote speaker luncheon, networking refreshment breaks, and early evening reception, all as determined by the registration type chosen. Ticket holders also receive a copy of the Institute Syllabus (an up-to-date volume of outlines, articles, essays, briefs and other practical materials prepared by our speakers).

  • How do I get my nametag?
    Badges will be held at Will Call. No badges will be mailed.

Refunds

  • How do I request a refund?

    Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked, faxed or emailed no later than January 9, 2012 to:

    Refund requests must be accompanied by the registrant's Social Security Number (or Federal Tax Identification Number if the registrant was a firm or corporation). A $100 processing fee ($25 for students) will be deducted from all refunds.
