The IP Year in Review returns with Professor Mark Lemley who is this year joined by Professors Christine Haight Farley (American University) and Peter Menell (UC Berkeley Law). Other prominent academics include Professors Jane Ginsburg (Columbia Law School), David Nimmer (UCLA) and David Schwartz (Northwestern University Law).
Throughout the day prominent public officials including the Under Secretary of Commerce for IP and the Director of the USPTO, the General Counsel of the FCC, and the General Counsel and Associate Register of Copyright, will be among the featured panelists.
