Exhibitor Information


USC Gould School of Law and the Beverly Hills Bar Association invite you to exhibit at the Institute on Entertainment Law and Business, to be held on October 27, 2012 at the USC University Park campus. Over 600 attorneys, business affairs executives, producers, business managers, agents, and others within the entertainment industry have attended this program annually in each of the last three years.

Fee and Exhibit Hours

Exhibitor space is limited; we encourage you to reserve your space as soon as possible. The fee for exhibiting is $1,000 per exhibitor. The fee includes one 6 foot draped table (all displays must be table-top only), two chairs, and one complimentary luncheon ticket. Additional luncheon tickets may be purchased for $75 per ticket, as indicated on the Exhibitor Response Form.

Exhibit hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Registration, the morning break, and exhibits will be outdoors in front of the Bovard Auditorium on the USC University Park Campus.

Exhibit Set-Up

Exhibitors will be responsible for their own materials and setup. Access to the venue will begin at 6:30 a.m. on the day of the Institute. Please allow ample time to set up your exhibit. Your exhibit must be ready no later than 7:15 a.m. as we expect our attendees arrive promptly at 7:30 a.m. when registration opens.

Exhibit Removal

Exhibitors will be responsible for their own breakdown. Exhibits must be removed by 1:30 p.m.

Additional information regarding parking, shipping your materials, and other matters will be provided upon receipt of your Exhibitor Response Form.

Luncheon

One lunch ticket will be provided per exhibitor. Additional luncheon tickets can be purchased for $75 each as described on the Exhibitor Response Form.
