The events are part of USC’s 125th Anniversary Project. The project showcases the university's leadership while celebrating and honoring its heritage as one of the oldest continuing academic and cultural institutions in the region. Between now and spring 2006, USC will host a variety of academic programs that focus on the theme, “inventing the future.” Most of these academic sessions will be held during USC Festival 125, Oct. 6-9, which features more than 300 academic, student, athletic and cultural events.
