Students engage in various collaborative problem-solving exercises including small group discussions, role playing, and presentations to develop skills they need as law students, legal practitioners and business professionals. Specialized legal writing sessions focus on developing legal writing skills necessary to write briefs and memos, and prepare future LL.M. students for law school by practicing exam writing skills.
