USC Law Holds Seminar on Competition Policy in Technology and IP Licensing, Nov. 10

WHAT:USC’s Center for Transnational Law and Business is holding a symposium on the Application of Competition Policy to Technology and IP Licensing. The conference will provide a full day of panels featuring regulators from international jurisdictions, in-house and law firm attorneys, economists and academic experts. They will discuss matters related to the legal, economic and business impact that the intersection of competition policy and IP has on technology and IP licensing.  California MCLE credit will be available.

WHEN: Friday, Nov. 10 from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm., with a reception following.

WHERE: USC Gould School of Law, Room 7

WHO: The lunchtime keynote address will feature Makan Delrahim, Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division, U.S. Department of Justice.
